We don't sell servers on multicraft.org. If you have any question at all regarding your server or the control panel you're using please contact your hosting provider.
Your hosting provider can install Multicraft in a large number of different configurations and with different features enabled. They can also customize their panel to fit their specific needs. We don't have any information about their setup and we don't have any kind of access to their panel.
For these reasons we are unable to handle any end user support requests. In case there is a problem with the panel software your hosting provider will contact us on your behalf.
